Usually within one business day. Same day for emergencies. We ask about the tree, its location, what you’re concerned about.

**2. We come see it.**

Site visit at no charge. We assess the tree in person — its structure, its condition, the site conditions, what the work actually involves. We do not quote tree work from a phone description.

**3. We give you a written estimate.**

What the work is, what it costs, what our credentials and coverage include. No obligation. No deposit before you’ve decided.

**4. You decide.**

We don’t follow up aggressively. You choose if and when to move forward.
